Minimum Order:
We have no minimum order, however, we do recommend that you order the equivalent in volume of about 100 Medium Mice to ensure that your order is bulky enough to stay frozen. We are able to send out smaller orders but we will ask you to confirm that you understand that we can take no responsibility if they have started to thaw when you get them.
Postage & Packaging Costs
For packaging, we use 2 different size boxes:
Our SMALL BOX will hold around 350 Medium Mice or 120 Medium Weaners.
The LARGE BOX will hold around 450 Medium Mice or 200 Medium Weaners.
We offer 2 delivery options:
Before 6pm prices start from £14.00 for a Small Box and £19.50 for a Large Box.
Before 12noon prices start from £17.00 for a Small Box and £22.50 for a Large Box.
Collecting your Order
Collection is by appointment only.
Please specify when ordering, a date and an approximate time that would be convenient for you to collect your order. We will do our utmost to accommodate your request.
Please note: Subject to availability, smaller orders can be collected within 24 hours. Larger , wholesale orders may require a short lead time.
Payment Methods
We offer several methods of payment:
1. Paypal - We can send an invoice via email so that you can follow the link through to Paypal's website to enter your card details (You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this option).
2. We can ring you if you would rather give us your card details over the phone.
3. Cheque - You can send us a cheque. We do have to wait for your cheque to clear before despatching your order.
4. Cash - We accept cash if you are collecting your order.
